Terms of Use
These terms keep Folara usable, safe, and understandable during early launch. They are written to explain how the product works in practice, not to overwhelm the page with unnecessary legal theater.
Folara is provided as a personal web product.
The service is designed to help you save useful material and get it back in context later, but availability, enrichment, and related-item behavior may evolve over time.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the material you choose to save.
Do not use Folara to store unlawful material, abuse the service, or interfere with other people's use of the product.
Do not use Folara to trigger abusive traffic against third-party sites, to save malicious URLs for the purpose of making Folara fetch them, or to probe systems you do not control through Folara's enrichment and background-job flows.
Accounts and service access
Account access is tied to the email address you use for sign-in.
We may suspend or remove access if the service is abused, if security requires it, or if we need to protect the product and other users.
That can include repeated attempts to evade rate limits, abuse sign-in flows, or misuse Folara's save and fetch pipeline.
Content, export, and deletion
Your saved material remains tied to your account, and Folara provides export so you can keep a portable copy of your library.
Account deletion removes access to the library associated with that account, with limited retention when legal or security reasons require it.
If Folara introduces paid plans later
Folara does not offer paid plans yet.
If that changes later, pricing, billing cadence, taxes, cancellation, and any payment-processor role will be shown before purchase and these terms will be updated.
